You are invited to join us at the Florida Allergy, Asthma & Immunology Society 2026 Annual Meeting

FAAIS will provide:

• Free Meeting Registration
• Reimbursement for two nights hotel accommodations at JW Marriott Grande Lakes
• Travel expenses up to $300: Receipts must be submitted with reimbursement form

Resident Travel Grant Application

Important:

• Residents may attend only once. If you have previously attended, you will not be eligible for the travel grant and may not participate again.
• Those eligible must fill out the Resident Travel Grant Application prior to May 10th.
• Residents will be notified of the final decision on their application, whether approved or denied, on or before May 15th. If approved, the FAAIS office will complete the resident’s registration for the annual meeting.
• Please note that, upon approval, the hotel reservations will be your responsibility.
• Attending academic sessions on Saturday is a requirement.
• If you would like to display an abstract poster at the meeting, please indicate this on your travel application so we can arrange a bulletin board accordingly. Abstracts must be submitted for approval by June 1st.
• Registration is limited to a maximum of 30 residents
• Reimbursement form will be given out just before the conference
